Summary

This project focused on the design, manufacturing, and assembly of structural modification kits to enhance the capabilities of the CN235 CG01 version, operated by the U.S. Coast Guard as part of the Deepwater Program.

Key upgrades included:

Installation of a new surveillance radar by Telephonics, improving the aircraft’s maritime patrol and surveillance capabilities.
Integration of an Electronic Surveillance Measures/Direction Finder (ESM/DF) antenna, enabling advanced electronic monitoring and signal tracking.

These modifications were engineered to ensure seamless integration with the aircraft’s existing systems, maintaining structural integrity and operational reliability.
