CN235-100 & C295-PG03

This project involved the design and integration of structural reinforcements and a carbon fiber hull and hatch to protect advanced photographic reconnaissance systems on the PG03 aircraft for the Portuguese Air Force and the CN235-100 operated by the Spanish Army.

Key components included the installation of the Leica RC30 photographic reconnaissance system, a high-precision solution for capturing detailed aerial imagery. To ensure durability and operational effectiveness, structural modifications were implemented to support the system while maintaining the aircraft's performance and aerodynamic integrity.

The carbon fiber hatch was engineered to safeguard the vision system during operations, offering lightweight protection that withstands harsh environmental conditions. These tailored solutions underscore our commitment to delivering advanced engineering capabilities for specialized mission requirements.
